The Faculty of Halal Food Science and the Faculty of Agriculture Hold an Information Session on the New SISTER Menu for JAD Performance Reporting

Last Updated: 4 days ago

In an effort to improve faculty members’ understanding of the academic performance reporting system, the Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Halal Food Science (FIPHAL) at Djuanda University held an outreach and training session on the new SISTER (Integrated Resource Information System) menu related to the reporting of faculty academic positions (JAD). This event was held to support the optimization of data management and the improvement of academic administration.

Faculty members from both faculties participated in the event with great enthusiasm. During the orientation, participants received a presentation on the updated features and new menus on the SISTER platform, particularly those related to reporting Faculty Workload (BKD), career development, and the submission and updating of Faculty Academic Position data.

In addition to the presentation sessions, the event also included hands-on technical guidance to help faculty members understand the process of entering data, uploading supporting documents, and completing the validation process within the system. This guidance is expected to minimize the technical challenges often encountered during the reporting process.

Faculty officials stated that this activity is a strategic step in supporting administrative order and improving the quality of academic governance, while ensuring that all faculty members can make the most of the SISTER system in accordance with the latest policies from the Ministry of Higher Education.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the synergy between the Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Halal Food Science will continue to be fostered in support of the development of faculty members’ competencies and the continuous improvement of institutional quality.
