On Saturday, April 18, 2026, a guest lecture was held for the course “Nutritional Value Assessment,” organized by the Faculty of Halal Food Science at Djuanda University in Bogor. The event took place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. WIB and was conducted both online and in-person.
The guest lecture featured Dr. Hendry Noer Fadlillah, STP., MP, an expert in Food Technology. In his presentation, he discussed various topics related to methods and the importance of nutritional value evaluation in food development and quality assessment.
This event aimed to enhance the knowledge and understanding of students in the Faculty of Halal Food Science, particularly in the field of nutritional value evaluation. Additionally, this guest lecture was expected to provide a deeper understanding of the application of nutritional value evaluation concepts in both academic and food industry settings.
Students participated in this event with enthusiasm, both those attending in person and via the online platform. An interactive discussion session was also a key component of the event, during which students could ask questions and engage in direct discussion with the speaker.
With the successful conduct of this event, it is hoped that students will broaden their horizons and enhance their competencies in the field of nutritional value evaluation, serving as a foundation for their future careers and research endeavors.
